The Tech (Michael) arrived as scheduled. Michael was professional and courteous. He wasn't annoyed by my questions. He quoted repair and replace options, which was very helpful to me. Mr. Rooter has remained honest with fair pricing over the years, which is why I always choose them when a plumbing problem arises..

Extremely happy with their service. Response time was great. Ty was the tech I dealt with and I would recommend him to anyone. I had another company come out and was gonna charge me 3 times what they charged me and they were gonna make me pay it if it fixed the clogged sewage line or not. Mr. Rooter also gave me a 30 day warranty on their work. Oh also Jae in the office was professional and polite. Couldn’t ask for better overall service!

Needed to have my 65 gallon Rheem water heater removed and replaced. The lowest and most accurate quote came from Mr. Rooter. The technician or plumber Joshua was very hospitable during the entire process which was very helpful, especially when the faulty new unit started leaking after completion.

Grew up with a stigma that plumbers cost a lot of money we were so nervous to call so we had a different company come out (thinking the price would be cheaper)and they didn't even care to really look for the problem and referred us to this other company Mr rooter, so we called them and they came out less than 45 minutes after I made the call, went straight to work and did such an amazing job and the cost was amazing it was an eighth of what we thought it would be. If you're having any plumbing issues call them I promise you. The tech we had tonight, was absolutely straight to the point got it done very professional and caring and also very mindful on the money situation. Even had a couple of laughs. Don't sleep on Mr rooter! They're awesome!

I had a sewer backup issue in my house in the laundry room that needed fixing and I called Mr. Rooter for help. Their technician showed up promptly in an hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly and worked fast to clear the drain pipe. He then tested the system to make sure the drain pipe was completely cleared and the washer discharge was smooth, without any backflow into the laundry room. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He even gave us some tips on how to prevent this problem in the future.
