They were excellent! They came out the same day! They figured out that it was a city issue and stayed with me until the city came. The plumber explained to the city why it was their line! It was wonderful!

Called for a poorly draining line in the laundry room. The owner came out the same day and was very courteous. Had no problem with our dog nearby. Tried a couple quick fixes before performing more costly repairs which was above and beyond. The office staff were kind on the phone. No frills; would call again.

Great customer service! We used Quick Rooter to replace the plumbing under a house that had been vandalized. They were reasonable and did a great job. Called them back out when we realized the hot water heater someone else installed was leaking and they repaired it at no charge! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done!
