I was very impressed with Jason Jenkins and his professionalism. He was courteous and with a kind attitude toward my mother. He had explained everything clearly and performed work efficiently. He also gave the impression he was the right guy doing the job. I appreciated his recommendations throughout the gas control kit he installed with success. We could not have asked for a better experience. George our plumber was great! We had what turned out to be a complicated problem. We experienced multiple backups ( sinks, shower, tubs). After diligent investigation it turned out that as part of a remodel by previous owners a toilet was relocated and existing pipes were poorly capped causing the backup. George fixed that problem. Even telling us that he was sitting at home thinking about how to fix the problem. That's dedication. He also discovered that our drainage pipes were going in in a wonky direction with several 90 degree turns also complicating drainage. He repaired that as well. I am happy to report that it's been eight months since we made the repairs and everything is running smoothly. Although it was an expensive job we had complete confidence and trust in George all along. We would hire him again in a second.

Really good company to work with. Very communicative and willing to adjust to the needs of the homeowner. Super friendly from the folks who answered the phones all the way up to the technicians who worked on our house. I will be calling them again and booking them for regular service on my water heater.
