They provided a clear estimate and were able to come out sooner than I anticipated. The team, including Tristan, worked diligently and maintained a positive attitude while they dug up my yard. They did an excellent job, and I’m relieved to finally clear out all the toilet paper we've had during this time. I truly appreciate an owner who works alongside his crew instead of just sitting in a vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done right!

Donovan is a trustworthy professional who masters his craft. I had a problem with the main pipe under my finished basement floor that was blocked, and it was very near to my septic tank. At first, a notable plumbing company with shiny new trucks came over. Instead of resolving the issue, they unintentionally pushed the blockage further out, causing the entire main pipe to be blocked as originally, only 2 out of 4 toilets were affected. They examined my pipe but didn't bother to show me the live footage, nor did they record it. They concluded that I had a collapsed pipe and quoted me over $5k to break the basement concrete floor for a pipe repair. This led to a significant sewage backup as the blockage was exacerbated (total clog). After reaching out to several other plumbers, Fast Home Plumbing was suggested due to their specialization in drain cleaning. Armed with the right tools, a 60-foot snake, and a 3-inch cutter, they managed to clear the blockage in less than 15 minutes. For my reassurance, they showed me the live video scope, confirming that my pipe hadn't collapsed. The previous plumbing business that had charged me $500 for a service that only worsened the situation refunded my money. I can't express enough how much I appreciate Donovan's service. Yes, I had a mess to clean up, but thanks to him, I was saved from the massive nightmare of tearing up my basement.

We were fortunate to have found him, especially after our previous encounter with other plumbers who recommended a complete demolition of our sink, back splash, and countertops just to locate the leak. However, because of Frederick's understanding of water pipe layouts, he was able to pinpoint the leak without the need for such drastic measures. He simply had to navigate through the dry wall and found the problem almost instantly. The leak was repaired within a couple of hours and his charges were quite reasonable. It was a relief to have him fix the issue promptly with minimal damage to our property. We are extremely satisfied with his services.

I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS CREW ENOUGH!! I have been a loyal customer of Fast Home Plumbing for nearly a decade. I have had them fix various mishaps that I've unfortunately caused. It's such a breath of fresh air to deal with an honest tradesman who doesn't try to overcharge you. When other plumbing services suggested I needed a new water heater, Donovan advised me that I only needed a minor part. This advice ended up extending the lifespan of my heater by a few more years. A few weeks back, our toilet overflowed due to improper installation by a plumber associated with the floor installation contractor we used years ago. After having the floors repaired, we contacted Fast Home Plumbing to correctly reinstall the toilet according to code. I wouldn't consider using any other service!
