I want to give a more uplifting review. Because the gentleman that came to my home. Was pleasant and professional! He did repair my A/C. It works. It cost well over 1300.00 for the repair! I was told that they would order and replace the filter. Which is in the attic. This is included in service. After 3 months. Of calling, texting, and driving to the business location. The filter has not been replaced. I have not heard from Mr Donnelly. I am very disappointed. For the amount of money I spent. I want to feel safe using my system. I done chasing him for the filter. I will have to pay more money. And get another A/C contractor. 🥲 I won’t be using them in the future. Which is sad. It started off well.

Will never use this company again. Workers are nice but Mr Donnelly is not someone to do business with. Never invoiced me then put a lien on my house. Broke my sprinkler system while repairing plumbing and didn’t notify me. Would not recommend.

We have used this company for installing gas water heaters and for HVAC services. They always got the job done without delay which saved us a lot of grief and headaches.

To me, this business so deserves 5 or more stars !! LATE, one afternoon, all at once, nothing in our home would drain, sinks, toilets, etc! Nightmare! Called Donnelly's, soon came 3 servicemen, and the owner/manager also came. They worked and worked, even into the dark. Impressive!! They did not leave until we had a workable home. Early the next morning, they were back to complete the job. Then, needing some lighting matters fixed in my kitchen, 2 of his electricians came immediately over. Their service was so timely and impeccable❗Lastly.....very reasonable ‼
