Chen Plumbing

I discovered water leaking next to the front door last night, but I don't know how long it's been leaking. I was really worried, so I contacted this company and they came this morning as quickly as possible and handled it promptly. Since I’m a tenant, I need to bill the landlord's company, so I asked for a detailed report of the work done, and they provided it. I was really concerned because I have a trauma from water leaks, but I’m so grateful they took care of it quickly and efficiently. I wanna recommend Chen plumbing to my friends. I’m really appreciate it.

Juan from Chen Plumbing did a great job installing a new water heater and fixing the shut off valve for our front faucet. He was very pleasant, communicated well, made sure we were satisfied with his work, and patiently answered any questions we had. There were a few challenges with our existing set up but he handled them efficiently and professionally. The best part was that the price was much lower than the 2 other big name companies we received a quote from. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend Chen Plumbing - and Juan. If we ever have a plumbing need in the future, we will be sure to call Chen Plumbing.

Tim Chen is a wonderful plumber and person. He came on short notice to correct the plumbing needed for a brand new dishwasher because the code had changed since our last dishwasher purchase. He discovered some additional issues and corrected them immediately. He is always reliable and thorough.
