What else can you say, first time customer. Woke up to a clogged shower drain. Called a company I’ve done business with for over 30 years, was told can’t be there until Thursday morning the soonest! This was Tuesday morning. This was the second time I was told a few days wait on another issue! I called a few other companies and got answering services and asked if I was a regular customer, when I told them no, it was also a 2 day wait, being a new customer! Downright was at my house in 3 hours! An hour ahead of the time quoted to me!!! Professional, courteous, did great work! Cleaned up after themselves! Again, what is there to say! We have a new plumbing company to help us in the future. You can’t go wrong with Down Right Plumbing!
