They guys are horrible. We made an appointment for the day after thanksgiving two weeks out. The weather was cold, the plumber shows up with a pair of pants and hoodie. It took them 6 hours to do a sewer cleanout from the main line because they had to go in the truck to keep warming up. I offering them coffee, and warm food. But what the heck you work outside come prepared. We never had any of the clean out stuff in the garbage can. So they most likely punched a hole for the water to get by and now 6 weeks later I have the same issue so I called them back and the owner books the appointment and tells me I have to pay after the $375 because they don't offer any type of gurantee. WTH! The previous company offered a 90 day gurantee, now I understand why those guys quit this company. Told them good bye. Called a new company and they completed the task correctly. Your loss.

Would not recommend. Blaming aftermarket parts that they installed is not compatible with my facet. Just called another plumber and this is what they said The washers looked kinda bad already most likely due to rough surfaces on the seats, so I resurfaced the seats replaced the washers and greased up the stems and the packings. So far so good, but let me know if you have any issues. Thanks!
