Do not bother calling I have been a customer for over 20 years and have been trying to set up an appointment with a supervisor for 5 days but so far no return call. When i called to ask about it, the lady on the phone told me βIf you can someone faster then do itβ. So i have another company coming out today. So much for customer loyality. Dont waste your time.

Do not trust these people!! They booked me for this morning, after they told me to take the day off and they would be here. They just called and said they can't get to me today. I explained to their office manager that their dispatch person agreed to send a plumber this morning between 8 & 9, and he knew I had to take the day off. She responded "there's nothing I can do about that." Bottom line is you cannot trust these people to stand behind their word!!
