Guys did a good job, showed up on time, everything was convenient. They were super nice, no problem with them. Job was extremely expensive ā at least 3x the market rate for a basic toilet repair Once youāve paid the mandatory $70 for them to show up, you feel pretty stuck paying the huge price tag Should have gone with someone else

Plumbers and hvac people beware. Donāt be fooled or deceived into working for this company. I am a LICENSED plumber who has been working with PANN for 6 months and I still donāt have health insurance. Be prepared to work 12+hours every day including weekends. This is no way to live your life. Unfortunate for the other people who work there cause theyāre some good people there.

We first called Pann due to our shower leaking into the unit directly below ours. While they were able to send a technician out that day, we were told that there was an approximately $70 ādispatch feeā for them to show upāindependent of any work being performed. We agreed to the dispatch fee and the additional diagnostic fee of $420 which was explained as to include a leak test. Two techs spent an hour and a half spraying water at the seals around our bathtub and shower appliances and going downstairs to check the unit below without ever attempting to remove the symmons valveā claiming the valve was stuck and therefore no leak test could be performed. I am not a plumber and can spray water at seals and caulking while yelling to my neighbor to determine if thereās leaking all day long for free. After disputing the outrageous cost of them doing nothing with the owner Michael, it was agreed that the dispatch fee would be waived and the diagnostic fee lowered to $320. Another tech arrived the following week supposedly to do a true diagnostic which was free of cost, but this went exactly as the first time did. The tech drilled into the valve, claiming it was completely stuck and leaving without taking any further action besides stating it would be necessary to do a building-wide water shutdown, pull permits, and rebuild the valve for approximately $2k. He also floated knocking down a wall to access the valve as another option. We wanted a second opinion after all of this nonsense and called another company. The other plumber was able to remove, replace, and rebuild the valve in 20 minutes and did not need a permit or water shutdown to do any of this at 1/3 the price. Do not call Pann! We paid $320 for ātheir timeā in which they performed no meaningful work and accomplished nothing.

Pann is great! Chris was great. And Tim especially is wonderful and has helped us over many years. Thanks! Update to say that Tim, Shane and Andy came back to do a complicated high efficiency boiler / hot water system install and they crushed it. Tim is the best he's our trusted home advisor. Thanks Pann

Shane came out as an emergency job for us on Christmas Eve as one of our main water pipes burst and he did a fantastic job fixing the issue and explaining everything to us in detail. The job was expensive, but having someone come out last minute on Christmas Eve was very much appreciated, and Shane handled everything quickly and effectively.
