Used Bison for the first time and now a customer for life. Spoke with Laura this morning and she was able to get someone to come out within the hour to snake my basement drain to clear a backup. Tyler was absolutely fantastic and extremely thorough. I have used many large plumbing companies in the past but no one was as thorough as Bison. Everyone I spoke with was kind and respectful. They did a great job with the cleanup too! Thank you very much!

Bison Plumbing did an excellent job. Had an issue at my dad's house with the main line going out to the sewer. Bison gave me a 2 hour window for an appointment, and I was notified at the beginning of the appointment time that the plumber would be there within a half hour. They arrived on time and got to work making an assessment of what needed to be done and explained my options and prices. We agreed on a plan and they got to work right away. Cleared the clog, and did the camera scope out to the city sewer, explaining what I was seeing all the way back into the house and under the basement. We discussed the recommendations. They cleaned up the mess and were very courteous, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable, compared to other companies in the area. I would highly recommend Bison Plumbing.

Bison Plumbing recently repaired our cracked sewer line and did an excellent job. Our interactions with them were so positive that we felt comfortable hiring them for this extensive project. The entire team is very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. They always sent us text messages with the technician's photo to let us know when they are on the way. The team was skillful, efficient, and performed the work to a high standard. Our sewer line is completely fixed now which gives us huge peace of mind. Bison plumbing did an awesome job with repairing pipes that broke under my house in the crawl space. They were honest with me and didn't try to add on additional charges that were not needed. The receptionist was polite and professional and got me scheduled quick. Their plumbers were polite and professional. I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!
