Thankfully, my partner's boss recommended Carl & Sons Plumbing & Gas who were working on his property. Geoffrey and Braden arrived for an estimate in no time. They were comforting and made us feel better about our predicament. They were incredibly helpful and detailed the entire process for us. Nolan was also a joy to deal with, delivering excellent customer service! He got the contract to us in no time, we signed it and the team was ready to start work within a week. geoffrey and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job! They were efficient and kept us updated on the progress. They also cleaned up everything before leaving. They made the whole process stress-free! I really can't stress enough how much we valued their services! If I ever need plumbing services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call on Carl & Sons Plumbing & Gas in Keizer again! For four days, we had been noticing a gas odor in our home. Other companies attributed it to residual gas from the pool pump installation, but the service technician from Carl & Sons Plumbing & Gas found not one, but two leaks in the gas lines. We are so grateful to Braden for identifying the leaks that three other technicians couldn't. His service was exceptional, and his readiness to go the extra mile was evident. He made multiple trips to fetch the necessary tools and worked well into the night. We can't thank him enough and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Every interaction with this plumbing company has been top-notch, especially considering I had to deal with a host of issues due to buying a house that needed a lot of work. They've successfully tackled a full replumb of the entire property, water heater replacement, all the crawlspace HVAC ducting has been replaced, plus my furnace and AC have been serviced. On top of that, they installed an air scrubber and took care of my entire sewer line replacement. Dealing with everyone, from the office staff to the technicians like Geoffrey, Nolan, and Braden, has been a pleasure. They've been professional, friendly, punctual, and the pricing has been reasonable for the high standard of work. I can't recommend them enough. Edit: Today was the annual AC service. 10 stars - absolutely. these professionals are excellent. greatly, greatly endorsed - the finest! had two other plumbing services previously - neither could resolve the problems. nolan was punctual, rectified all issues, and was incredibly friendly. it was a significant relief to have a professional tackling these problems we've been experiencing for weeks. they efficiently installed a new dishwasher, repaired two leaky valves, and even rebuilt a toilet tank, all in just a few hours. i should have checked online reviews initially - they have the top ratings. they also charged less than the previous services that didn't even solve the issues.

Late in the evening, my dishwasher, sink, and washing machine were all having drainage issues. I reached out to our regular plumber who recommended we get in touch with a specialized plumbing service. After leaving a message with this plumbing service, they promptly returned my call the next morning. Not long after, a plumber named John arrived. He needed to cut into the pipe and use a plumber's snake to clear the blockage. Impressively, he completed this task in about 15 minutes. Afterward, he sealed the pipe back together and advised me to allow an hour for the adhesive to set. John was very considerate towards my cats and patiently answered all my queries. Although the service was a bit on the expensive side, it was definitely worth it for the promptness, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly recommend this service to anyone in Keizer and wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself.
