I had Salem Heating install a new ac unit. Mike B and Sterling A were fabulous. They were kind and knew their stuff. The unit was installed professionally and they cleaned up when they were done. I am glad they did not mind somme of my questions. Salem heating is great. Thank you so much.

Great company to work with. Pricing is very fair in my opinion, workmanship is top quality. I had them install a mini split unit about a year ago, they were timely, friendly, crews were clean and the work was fantastic. I’m a remodeling contractor by trade, had talked to another big name company that one of my neighbors used who was not happy and seen the work of a second company at another neighbors house that I was not pleased with. After the install they also serviced a preexisting outdoor unit and just recently came back to perform another service on the indoor unit of the preexisting system, once again pricing was very fair and they didn’t doddle or look for sales, addressed the issue, fixed it and moved along. I’ll continue to use them and you should to.
