If I could give Donnie at Our Plumber 10 stars, I would! He was on time, and made sure everything was done the right way and not just the quick or easy way. He made multiple trips down below the home as well to make sure there were no leaks or issues. I cannot thank Donnie enough for being so knowledgeable and hard working. This is the second time we've worked with him and I will be calling him out for all other future plumbing because I know he'll get the job done well.

The team at My Plumber LLC is professional, timely, and thorough. They took time to explain our exact problem and go through our options on fixing it. They also worked with our home warranty company to get our services covered, and recommended another water damage company for further repair work. I highly recommend this team and will definitely continue to use My Plumber in the future!

I called American Home Shield Monday night, June 12, 2017 regarding my water heater. I received a confirmation text stating someone from My Plumber will contact me tomorrow. Tues morning i received a text message letting me know my appointment time, June 14 at 8am to 4pm. I replied to the message stating I cant set around he house from 8am to 4 pm waiting on a plumber.I did not receive a reply back. I called the number at 3pm regarding my appointment. The lady stated they did not send out any message with that appointment time. But your appointment is set for Thursday, June 15th at 11:30 am to 2pm., Thursday I received a new text at 12:03pm to reschedule, 1:30 pm to 4pm, then another text at 3:14 pm to reschedule 2:30pm to 5pm. Around 4:45pm I called My plumber, no answer, I left message to have someone called me regarding my appointment. no reply. Friday June 16th at 8:43 am I received another text stating your appointment from American Home Shield for June 16th , 2017 has been canceled for 10am to 2pm. I called American Home Shield and was told they never canceled my appointment. They called My Plumber while i was on the phone, the dispatcher told them they do not services my area, hung up the phone in the agent face. If you did not service my area why did you schedule the appointment. Therefore I giving you a 1star because there is not place to put a negative rating.

The warranty company picked them. I wasn't very happy to begin with because of the LONG wait to have my faucet installed. But it's in now and it actually worked better than the previous one. They were apologetic and helpful once my part was in. I would use them again if I had another issue. Don't let the bad rating turn you away, they aren't bad.

Hired this plumber on recommendation of my home warranty company. It took this plumber four separate trips to complete a simple job due to a lack of time evaluating what the actual issue was, and not coming prepared with the right tools and supplies. The price we agreed on was raised three times. The final product is a disappointment - the plumber left my bathroom trashed and dirty, didn’t remove any of his debris, and now I have a black pvc pipe sticking out of my wall - he failed to bring the proper silver piping that would have matched my pedestal sink, and later said the price of the job would drastically increase if I wanted it to “look right” because he “didn’t realize” I had a pedestal sink. UPDATE: changed my review from 2 stars to 1. I have had another plumber come out since, who found multiple errors/issues with the work that My Plumber did. I've had to pay an additional plumber $300 to fix errors that My Plumber made. I have attempted to contact My Plumber multiple times via calling and emailing to attempt to get resolution, and I haven't gotten any responses.

I booked them through American Home Shield and they couldn't get to my appointment for a week. On the day of the appointment they canceled due to an unexplained "emergency". When I called to inquire about the cancellation and ask about the emergency, I was told "that's none of your business, but the technician is in the hospital". Then she slammed the phone down and hung up on me - they would not answer my call on repeated attempts. Do they really only have only one technician (plumber) for the whole company??? WOW... really rude and horrible customer service. Watch out for these people - I have found a different plumber.
