Rooter Kings Plumbing Drain Cleaning and Sewer Liners

Had to use Rooter Kings twice. The first was in an emergency shortly after moving into our home. He came quickly and helped us quickly to fix the bad leak. The cost was honest and better than quotes I later got from other companies. The second time was today with a simple shower fix that I was too nervous about but he talked to me over the phone and gave me advice how to properly finish the job instead of coming out and charging me. I appreciate someone who does valuable and great work while being honest at the same time.

Honest service is the way I describe the work done for us by Angel and his crew. Angel stood by us even coming over in the evening as he tried to clear our main water line to the house. He stayed with it. When it became clear that we had a decayed line that was blocked, he proposed a solution. We had been pointed to a certain organization to do the work but Angel clearly outlined how he could do a better job at a more reasonable price. He told us – I will take care of you – and he did. His crew came a day earlier than was expected. Within the space of 4 hours we had a new 40’ water line from the street to the house. The crew impressed us right from the start. The first person in the house slipped on boot covers to keep the snow and debris out of our house. Without much disruption to our lawn and flower beds they used 3 smaller holes to access the line at the house and street. They used a compressor to drive a “Missile” that pulled the new line in place. Another crew member did the inside plumbing reconnection and the outside curb side meter connection. This was a team effort of 6 cheerful people. They worked hard and fast. The puzzle was put back together – the stepping stone and sod. When I mow the lawn in the summer it will soon not be noticeable. Angel said he used the best type of piping and wrote it on the work order with a 50 year warranty on the pipe. Our old plumber is now retired. Angel and crew have earned our confidence for small or large jobs.

They have been our plumber for 6 years now. We have had them fix all sorts of issues and they are the only ones I call at this point when anything goes wrong in our house. I feel like they are quick to get here, great customer service, and the pricing is always fair.
